Shipping Policy

Welcome to Danton.ca This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of products purchased through danton.ca or any affiliated sites. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within Ontario, Canada only.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, international addresses, or locations outside of Canada.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • All shipments are handled by Canada Post or Other Major Canadian based shipping companies.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 2–7 business days.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $45 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Orders Under $45 CAD: A shipping fee will apply.

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote locations. Customers in these areas will be notified at checkout.

 

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Prescription Medications 

  • Sales of prescription and controlled medications are not available through our online store. These medications can only be purchased at our Danton Pharmacy locations. For prescription orders and deliveries, please contact your nearest Danton Pharmacy directly.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

 

Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other issues:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

  • If reshipment is not possible, a refund will be issued, minus any applicable shipping fees.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact online@danton.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the shipping agent to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.
