Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are time-sensitive and may not always be possible once an order has been placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at:

Returns
We accept returns for most products in their original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:
Eligible for Return:

Products in original packaging, unused, and unopened.

Return requests made within 30 days of purchase.
Not Eligible for Return:

Opened, used, or modified items.

Items removed from their original packaging.

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items to confirm they meet the return guidelines. Refunds will be issued only for items in original, resalable condition. Restocking fees or partial refunds may apply for items not meeting these conditions.

Product Defects and Warranty Issues
If you encounter product defects or warranty-related issues:

Warranty claims for strollers, car seats, or boosters must be addressed with the manufacturer.
Return Process

The name and quantity of items you wish to return.

Upon approval, items should be shipped back to us with the provided instructions.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the items have been inspected and approved.
Note: Refunds will not be issued while returns are in transit.
