1. What services does Danton Pharmacy offer?
We offer a wide range of pharmacy services, including:

  • Dispensing of prescription medications through our physical locations.

  • Online refill and transfer requests for existing prescriptions (after in-person registration at one of our locations).

  • A wide selection of vitamins, supplements, personal care, and health products available through our online store (non-prescription only).

3. Do you deliver prescription medications?
Yes, we offer delivery of prescription medications for registered patients. However, patients must complete in-person registration at one of our locations before prescriptions can be dispensed or delivered.

4. Do you sell over-the-counter (OTC) products online?
Yes, our online store offers a wide variety of non-prescription products such as vitamins, supplements, personal care items, and general health products, available for delivery across Ontario.

Prescription Services

5. How do I become a new prescription patient?
To access prescription services, you must visit a Danton Pharmacy location in person to complete your registration. This ensures compliance with provincial pharmacy regulations and enables us to provide safe, personalized care.

6. Can I transfer my prescriptions to Danton Pharmacy?
Yes. New patients may initiate a prescription transfer by:

  • Filling out our Online Prescription Transfer Form, and

  • Visiting one of our locations to complete registration and verification in person.

7. Can I refill prescriptions online?
Yes. After becoming a registered patient, you may request prescription refills online using our secure digital platform.

8. Why do I need to register in person for prescription services?
Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations require in-person identity and prescription verification for new patients to ensure safe, accurate, and compliant pharmacy services.

9. Who can shop on Danton Pharmacy’s online store?
Our online store is open to all residents of Canada for non-prescription products including vitamins, supplements, personal care items, and more.

10. What are the shipping policies for online orders?
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Orders over $45 CAD qualify for free standard shipping, with extra charges for remote areas or smaller orders. Full details are available in our [Shipping Policy].

11. Can I return items purchased from the online store?
Yes, most unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, some items such as medications and select personal care items are final sale. See our [Return Policy] for more.
